SYAP pays tribute to Founder and Music Director Salvatore Princiotti as he steps down from the Young Artists Philharmonic podium after 52 years. The event features SYAP groups, Young String Ensemble, Young People’s Symphony and Young Artists Philharmonic. Graduating seniors will be recognized; surprise guests will honor the Maestro as he passes the baton! A Reception in the Upper Lobby follows the concert, to which all audience members are invited. The entire community is encouraged to join the SYAP family of Friends and Alumni as it pays tribute to its beloved Founder.Showtime: 4 p.m.
