Fio’s Ristorante in Stamford has been creating these mouthwatering Italian specialties since opening its doors in 2000. Originally serving pizza, in addition to a full menu, Fio’s went through a transformation, physically and creatively, in 2004, crafting a more stylish dining room, bar and lounge area, and offering more sophisticated Northern Italian fare, sans pizza.
