If youre looking for a simple, classic Americana “burger & shake” joint, this is it! Lucky’s is very reminiscent of Johnny Rockets or Sonics. I enjoyed the 1950′s theme decor and soda jerk hats that the servers wear. The on-duty manager also rolls-up his sleeves, and makes the rounds with customers as well as working out any kinks in customer satisfaction and food quality; though I think many of the servers need to understand the era they’re representing while in uniform and do a better job of conveying that nostalgia in their service becasue that is the basis on which I tip. Love the place. If you want a good chili burger, you have to try the Big D’s!!! It is delicious and the staff is so friendly and attentive. My new favorite burger joint.
