We waited 45 minutes (kid you not) after the appetizer was cleared for our dinner (3 people). I think they forgot about us. Then, the Bronzito had an unidentified object inserted into its side. After sending the waiter back twice to find out what it was (fruit, vegetable, what the heck is it?) he finally got an answer, it was a piece of grapefruit (with rind mind you). What for??? and if you are going to stick it in the side of the whole fish, then at least tell me about it. Lastly, the large table configuration next to us was cleared while we were eating, making us feel like we were in the middle of a construction scene. Tables were carried back and forth above our head. You have GOT to be kidding me. For these prices, I am not going back. Service was poor, food only so so, and kitchen just horrible. I walked by during our wait... there was literally no one in the kitchen. AND, to boot, the hostess didn't even look up and say good night or thank you when we left. I hope we have a change of ownership soon. Ruined what was supposed to be a nice summer night out.

Tuesday night dinner, 1st week in August. We heard that they recently changed chefs and it is definately a change for the better. The manager told us that the new chef was from g/r/a/n/d, and a couple of great and very well respected NY restaurants.
Me and my wife ate there last night and all we talk about is the risotto! Crab and Wild mushroom risotto with a soy and vanilla bean foam. I know the combination sounds "out there" but everything just goes really well together. We then had the halibut with an olive puree and fennel and grapefruit salad that just explodes with flavor. And my wife had the Salmon which was AMAZING! We ordered the smores dessert which came with a cool tiny root beer float that just brought me back to when i was a kid. The food is great and i will definately dine there again.

by far the best food in stamford! Open, airy and modern decor work well while the outside seating is a bit bunched-up. Like most busy "happening" places
it can take a bit longer than usual to get food.... so plan to wait and enjoy the ambience while catching up with old friends.

Fantastic views, nicely appointed, perfect spot on a warm summer night. Go to Canal Street (where Eclisse is), make a right on Jefferson, make a right on Magee Ave; right on Harbor Drive.
There is a chance of showers after dark tonight. I know you don't want to drive in the rain so if you want to make it another time, let me know.

Ann, having a problem finding mapquest directions.
