It is a caliber above Morton's or Ruth Chris. Ambience is nice, the open kitchen is a great touch. They made every effort to make our birthday dinner special. From beginning to end, everything was exceptional. Our server was very well educated on the menu and made some great recommendations. In fact, I tried something I probably would not have if she hadn't endorsed it, and she was right, it was fantastic. Wine list is impressive. We will certainly return to the Capital Grille, most likely for a special occasion, as it is pricey, but well worth it. The food and the service were outstanding at the Capital Grille.
